    LCBP Program Director Eric Howe and Martin Mimeault of the Quebec Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment and the Fight against Climate Change, will deliver a summary of the updated version of Opportunities for Action, the long-term management plan for the Lake Champlain Basin, at the Quebec Citizens Advisory Committee meeting.
