The Champlain Basin Education Initiative (CBEI) will host Bridging Disciplines: Exploring the Stories of Our Place at Fort Ticonderoga, NY. Educators will explore placed-based learning across disciplines, incorporating the Common Core standards as well as the newly issued Next Generation Science Standards. Participants will examine primary documents, and engage in historical and scientific investigations.
