September 6-7: Archaeology Open House

This summer, archaeologists have been working at Warren Falls, VT studying the area that will become a new parking area for visitors — and finding things!  Dave Lacy, United States Forest Service archaeologist, is hosting an “open house” at Warren Falls this Friday and Saturday (Sept 6-7) part of VT Archaeology Month.  http://www.vtarchaeology.org/

Cost: Open House is Free for Vermont Archaeological Society (VAS) Members.
Membership in the VAS is $15.00 ($10.00 for students)

Location: Warren Falls, Rte 100, Warren (west side of VT Rte 100, midway between Stetson Hollow Road and Lincoln Gap Road)
