| Abstract: | Much progress has been made on Plan recommendations since Opportunities for Action was completed in October 1996. The accompanying chart groups the implementation status of each priority action into four categories: full, substantial, some and negligible. Of the 66 recommendations, five have been fully implemented, 17 have been substantially implemented, 30 actions have been partially implemented, and 14 are in the negligible category. |
